Qualifying District & Regional Championships

If you place in the top eight in any division during one of the over 40 qualifiers that will be conducted across the country during the 2009 competition year, then you will be eligible to compete in the 2008 AAU Taekwondo Nationals in Ft. Lauderdale, FL June 29 - July 4, 2009 and

The 2009 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Des Moines, Iowa the first week of August, 2009.

In order to participate in any AAU Taekwondo Event during the 2009 competition year (September 1, 2008 - August 31, 2009), Officials must first attend a local clinic during the 2009 Competition year and Coaches must take the AAU Taekwondo Online Coaches Course during the same year.   For those Officiating and Coaching, the Coaches Online Course must be taken first.  For more information click here.
