NEW - Training Tips

In an effort to both help you, our membership, get to know our National Coaching staff a little better AND to provide our athletes with just a little something extra, I’ve asked those members of our coaching staff to provide monthly (at least) tips on training to add to your vast warehouse of knowledge and experience.

The first article in this series was prepared by our National Head Coach, Master Greg Tubbs from Plano, Texas.  And the subject of this inaugural piece is, I’m sure, near and dear to many of you---Weight Control.  Enjoy!

And come back often to the ‘Training Tips” tab on the Home Page of our web site,
www.aautaekwondo.org to see more.
